During the Building Survey all visible, exposed and accessible elements of a property’s construction are checked in order to identify any defects or shortcomings which could either lead to costly repair work in the future or affect how the property can be used.
The full extent of our inspection is detailed in your final report.
We will clearly advise on whether repairs are essential, desirable or likely to be required in the future.
We are also able to provide preliminary structural movement reports and defect diagnosis if you have concerns with regard to the structural stability of the building.
